Watch management

At TGseikomods, we want you to enjoy your new timepiece for as long as possible. To help extend the lifespan of your watch, here are some guidelines for its care and maintenance.

Securely screw in and insert the crown properly
You need to securely screw in the crown of a watch to ensure that it remains water-resistant and to protect the internal mechanisms from dust, moisture, and damage. Properly inserting and tightening the crown also helps maintain the watch's functionality and longevity.

Protect the watch from exposure to corrosive liquids
You need to protect the watch from corrosive liquids because these substances can cause significant damage to both the exterior and interior components. If the watch comes in contact with corrosive liquids, you can carefully wipe off the liquid with a soft, clean cloth to minimize any potential harm.

Be careful not to keep the watch underwater or in overly hot environments
You need to be careful because exposing the watch to water can damage its internal components. Additionally, high temperatures can cause the watch's materials to expand or warp, potentially affecting its accuracy and functionality. Both water and heat can shorten the watch's lifespan and lead to costly repairs. (avoid contact with water, 3ATM)

Frequent inspection
Ensure that you regularly maintain your watch by visiting a watchmaker. They will take care of cleaning and adjustments, which helps extend the watch's lifespan and ensures it continues to function properly.

Secure storage
Properly storing your watch when not in use is crucial to prevent damage, preserve the movement, and protect it from dust, moisture, and temperature changes. This helps maintain its accuracy and keeps the materials in good condition.

Prevent knocks and collisions
Preventing knocks and collisions is beneficial for your watch because it helps avoid physical damage to its delicate components. Impacts can cause scratches on the case, disrupt the internal movement, and potentially misalign or damage the intricate mechanisms. By safeguarding your watch from such shocks, you ensure it remains in good condition

If you do not follow the maintenance guidelines and tips, the warranty will become void, and we will no longer be able to provide coverage.
