Refund Policy of TGseikomods
We hope you are satisfied with your new watch! However, if you are not completely satisfied, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your product, provided the following conditions are met:
Refund Conditions:
Damage or Defects: Returns are only accepted if there is a manufacturing defect.(see waranty policy) Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item if you notice any damage caused by us. We will ensure you receive a replacement watch or a refund.
Original Condition: The watch must be returned in its original, unused condition, including all accessories, tags, and any warranty cards.
Exceptions: Returns will not be accepted if they don’t comply with the watch management rules.
Shipping Costs:
Return to Us: The cost of returning the watch to our warehouse is at the customer’s expense.
Shipping Back to the Customer: If, after inspection, it is confirmed that the damage or defect was indeed caused by us, we will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement watch back to you. In other cases, the return shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense.
Refund Process:
Contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving the watch at tgseikomods@gmail.com including your order number and reason for return.
Our team will provide you with further instructions and a return address.
Once we have received and inspected the watch, we will process your refund or replacement as soon as possible. This process may take up to 10 business days.
